- Drive financial strategy and execution for capital projects exceeding $100M, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and stakeholder requirements
- Establish and maintain robust project accounting frameworks for mission-critical facility developments
- Lead cost control initiatives across multiple concurrent development projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize project financial performance and ensure accurate forecasting
- Develop sophisticated financial models for project evaluation and ROI analysis

Essential Qualifications:
