Director of Customer Care
We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Customer Care to lead and develop our customer support team as part of our TTMT 360 service. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality support provided by phone and email by our Customer Care Coordinators while fostering team development and executing departmental goals aligned with company standards.
Duties:
- Communicate and execute team goals, ensuring timely completion of objectives.
- Monitor and balance workloads across Customer Care Coordinators.
- Oversee training, performance management, professional development, and quality assurance processes.
- Lead regular team and 1:1 meetings to support development and align on expectations.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal procedures.
- Team with other department leaders to ensure a consistent, reliable client experience.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of leadership experience, required
