Director of Manufacturing
We are seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead and optimize our production operations. This role will oversee all aspects of manufacturing, from process efficiency and quality control to team leadership and strategic planning.
Duties:
- Communicate and execute team goals, ensuring timely completion of objectives.
- Monitor and balance workloads across Manufacturing Technicians and Team Leads.
- Oversee training, performance management, professional development, and quality assurance processes.
- Lead regular team and 1:1 meetings to support development and align on expectations.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal procedures.
- Team with other department leaders to ensure a consistent, reliable client experience.
- Partner with international team members to plan effectively for inventory and production needs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of leadership experience, required
