Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering top-tier service in our restaurant, during golf tournaments, and at our high-end banquets. This position requires open availability, a passion for hospitality, and prior experience in bartending and serving in restaurant and banquet settings.

Responsibilities

· Bartending:

o Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, beer, and wine, with attention to detail and consistency.

o Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stock inventory and supplies.

o Ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations.

· Restaurant Service:

o Assist with bar service in the restaurant, supporting servers as needed to maintain seamless guest experiences.

· Event & Banquet Service:

o Provide high-quality bar service at golf tournaments and banquets, adhering to event-specific needs.

o Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth service and client satisfaction.

· Customer Engagement:

o Build rapport with guests, offering personalized recommendations and a welcoming atmosphere.

o Resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in both restaurant and banquet settings.

· Experience as a server in restaurants or banquets is a plus.

· Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage preparation techniques.

· Open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

· Will walk for long periods of time, possibly extended distances

· Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs

· Occasionally lifts/carries up to 50 lbs

· Must be at least 21 years of age and possess or be willing to obtain the necessary food handling and alcohol service certifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
