Law Clerk

Talkov Law is seeking a motivated full-time law clerk to join our rapidly growing law firm.

The practice focuses on real estate litigation involving the partition of properties to end co-ownership disputes. This is a fully remote work-from-home position.

The law clerk will perform legal and factual analysis of partition cases and will report directly to the firm’s president, a real estate attorney leading a team of more than a dozen attorneys and staff. Founded in 2020, Talkov Law is the nation’s first and largest partition law firm. The law clerk will learn about real estate law, litigation, business, and client interface.

Qualifications:

• JD or at least 1 year of experience at an ABA-accredited law school required
• Real estate industry experience a plus
• Desire to work at a technology and real estate-focused law firm
• Knowledge of technology, including computer and Internet skills, is critical
• Proficient with G Suite and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• 100% Remote/Work from Home position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
