Job Requirements

All therapists & counselors who wish to join Talkspace must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold an independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Have individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
  • Be able to submit a fully completed, signed CAQH application
  • Have an individual NPI number
  • Reside in the USA
