Job Overview:
Talkspace is a leading online platform that connects mental health therapists and counselors with clients in their licensed state(s) through an easy-to-use and HIPAA-compliant app.
As a Remote Mental Health Therapist at Talkspace, you will provide flexible and accessible mental health care to clients from the comfort of your home. The position allows you to set your own schedule without the burdens of overhead costs, as Talkspace handles client referrals and insurance billing.
Compensation:
You will be reimbursed $67.90 per hour for live sessions. Rates for shorter live sessions (30- and 45-minute sessions) are prorated. Additionally, asynchronous messaging rates fluctuate depending on client plans, but reimbursement rates range between $12-$36.
We also offer a monthly bonus ($100-$4,000) based on the average number of clinical hours spent with clients on the platform per week, with eligibility starting at 3 weekly hours of client engagement.
