About Us: Talkspace is an online platform that connects mental health therapists and counselors with clients in their licensed state(s) through an easy-to-use and HIPAA-compliant app. We pride ourselves on providing flexible scheduling options, allowing our therapists to choose their time commitment without the burden of overhead costs.
Salary and Benefits: Our therapists earn $90 per hour for live sessions, with reimbursement rates ranging between $12-$36. Additionally, you are eligible for a monthly bonus based on the average number of clinical hours spent with clients on our platform per week, with eligibility starting at 3 weekly hours of client engagement.
About the Job: As a Telehealth Therapist, you will work remotely and only with clients in the state(s) where you are licensed and allowed to practice. You will use our app to exchange text, video, and audio messages with your clients from almost anywhere, at any time. Our platform supports Live Sessions via video, audio, and messaging.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid license (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) and have individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy. You will also need to submit a fully completed, signed CAQH application.
