As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Therapist with Talkspace, you provide mental health care remotely at your own schedule while focusing on your clients without the conventional overhead of private practice.

This is a remote, part-time position for independently licensed therapists and counselors who want to work on their own schedule.

Requirements:
- All therapists & counselors who wish to join Talkspace must possess and provide proof of an independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- An individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
- An individual NPI & CAQH numbers.
- Current residence in the USA.
Compensation:
You will be reimbursed $70 for 60-minute live sessions; compensation for sessions is determined by the state in which your client resides. Rates for shorter live sessions are prorated, and asynchronous messaging rates fluctuate depending on client plans and their state of residence. Finally, we offer bonuses based on engagement with new clients.
