Talkspace is a remote mental health care platform that connects licensed therapists with clients in their licensed state(s). We're seeking experienced professionals to join our team as part-time online therapists.
This role involves working with clients via our HIPAA-compliant app, offering flexible scheduling options and competitive compensation packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality mental health services to clients via live sessions, messaging, or a combination of both
- Maintain accurate records and case notes
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- An individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
- A fully completed, signed CAQH application
- An individual NPI number
- Current residence in the USA
Compensation Package:
Our compensation package includes:
- Competitive hourly pay for live sessions ($67.90 per hour)
- Asynchronous messaging rates (ranging from $12-$36 depending on client plans)
- A monthly bonus ($100-$4,000) based on client engagement
