About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess and provide proof of the following:
- An independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- An individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
- A fully completed, signed CAQH application
- An individual NPI number
- Current residence in the USA
At Talkspace, we offer a competitive compensation package, including reimbursement rates for live sessions and asynchronous messaging. A monthly bonus is also available, ranging from $100-$4,000, based on the average number of clinical hours spent with clients per week, with eligibility starting at 3 weekly hours of client engagement.
