Requirements
To join Talkspace, you must possess and provide proof of the following:
- An independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
- A fully completed, signed CAQH application
- An individual NPI number
- Current residence in the USA
Compensation
We offer pay transparency with hourly rates for live sessions at $67.90, prorated for shorter sessions, and asynchronous messaging rates ranging between $12-$36, depending on client plans. A monthly bonus is also available, ranging from $100-$4,000, based on the average number of clinical hours spent with clients per week, starting at 3 weekly hours of client engagement.

Talkspace is an online platform connecting mental health therapists and counselors with clients in their licensed state(s) through a HIPAA-compliant app.
Our platform matches you with clients, checks client insurance eligibility, and supports Live Sessions via video, audio, and messaging.
As a Talkspace therapist/counselor, you will work remotely and only with clients in the state(s) where you are licensed and allowed to practice.
