As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will provide mental health care to clients on your schedule while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work environment. Requirements:
To join our team, you must possess and provide proof of the following:
- An independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- An individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
- A fully completed, signed CAQH application
- An individual NPI number
- Current residence in the USA
Compensation:
We believe in pay transparency. You will be reimbursed $67.90 per hour for live sessions. Rates for shorter live sessions are prorated. Asynchronous messaging rates fluctuate depending on client plans, but reimbursement rates range between $12-$36. Additionally, we offer a monthly bonus ($100-$4,000) based on the average number of clinical hours spent with clients on our platform per week.
About Us:
We are an online platform that connects mental health therapists and counselors with clients in their licensed state(s) through a HIPAA-compliant app. Our platform supports Live Sessions via video, audio, and messaging.
Please note that our therapists/counselors work remotely and only with clients in the state(s) where they are licensed and allowed to practice.
