At Talkspace, we connect mental health therapists and counselors with clients in need of remote mental health care services.
This part-time, remote position offers flexibility in scheduling and eliminates the need for overhead expenses typically associated with private practice.
You will work independently, managing your own caseload according to your availability, while receiving support in client referrals and insurance billing.
We prioritize pay transparency and fair compensation for our therapists. Our current reimbursement rates are $67.90 per hour for live sessions, with prorated rates for shorter sessions.
About the Role:
- Deliver remote mental health care services to clients across multiple states
- Manage your own caseload according to your schedule

- Communicate with clients via various mediums, including video, audio, and messaging
Qualifications:
- State-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Professional malpractice liability insurance policy
- CAQH application completion and submission
- NPI number
- USA residency
