Summary
To perform routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry, painting, and basic equipment or facility and vehicle repairs. All carpentry, electrical work, or simple plumbing repairs are performed under supervision by qualified personnel.
Plumber / Plumber Maintenance Technician
A certified Plumber with proven experience in installing, inspecting, and repairing pipes and plumbing systems to make sure all buildings’ fixtures operate correctly. Must have exceptional customer service. Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work orders to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections. Prepare client bids, budgets, and cost estimates. Keep accurate work logs. Adhere to all plumbing building codes and regulations. Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with the intricacies of working with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper. Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other professionals during construction. Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in basic mathematics and measurement conversion. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in Electricity , building maintenance technology preferred.
- Must be steady, reliable worker.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license preferably
- Must be detail oriented with strong manual ability and problem solving skills.
