- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of menu planning and recipe development
- Proficient in using kitchen equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Note: Experience working in a dietary department is a plus.
