Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to safety protocols.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance in catheterization, IV insertion, and basic life support.
- Manage patient records using EHR systems and coordinate with healthcare teams for optimal care delivery.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Facilitate training sessions on critical care procedures and team management strategies.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficient in management and patient care
- Skills in catheterization and IV insertion
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Familiarity with EHR systems, particularly Epic and Cerner
- Experience in critical care, long-term care, or assisted living environments
- Knowledge of physiology and airway management techniques
