Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, contributing to both front desk management and clerical duties. This position is essential for maintaining efficient office procedures and providing excellent service to our clients.
Duties
- Manage all accounting aspects.
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee records.
- Meet with contractors to discuss timing.
- Help with budgeting tasks by tracking expenses and assisting in financial reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, billing, and financial documentation.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance office efficiency.
- Maintain an organized workspace and assist in inventory management of office supplies.
- Maintaining all records in regards to sub contracted agreements, and be in compliant with insurance audits.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving clerical work or front desk management.
- Familiarity with payroll systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
