Private ENT practice seeking a Nursing Manager who is eager to work in the clinic with a clinical staff of approximately 15 teammates (LPNs and MAs) who support the ENT physicians and mid-levels in clinic daily. The Nursing Manager will work closely with an experienced team of managers to support the clinical department and the overall operations of the practice.
The daily clinical operations duties would include:
· Managing the hiring and training of clinical staff along with preparing evaluations/feedback
· Overseeing the daily schedules of the clinical support staff
· Developing clinical policies and procedures to support quality patient care
· Monitoring the clinical operations of the staff to ensure standards are achieved
· Working in the clinic as a nurse with staff to support providers and staff
· Building teamwork between the providers and staff through effective communication techniques and planned department meetings
· Managing the OSHA/biohazard program and training staff
· Overseeing the budget and inventory needs of the clinical department
· Working with administration and medical practitioners to assure quality patient
Qualifications:
· Licensure as a RN or LPN in the state of Florida
· Experience in leadership roles preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organization skills to plan and implement procedures
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
· Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
· Proficient in using electronic health record systems
