Clinical Support Supervisor
Full-time position available to supervise daily functions of the clinical support staff, providing guidance in relation to daily activity and operations, working collaboratively with physicians and staff to facilitate patient care and efficiency. Applicant must be able to set priorites, identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently; have strong interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent communication and organizational skills for managing workflow, follow-up on patient care and anticipating the needs of the patients and physicians; have computer skills to be able to work with EMR and practice management systems.
Associate degree required and at least three (3) years of related supervisory experience in a medical setting. Bachelor's Degree and at least three (3) years of related supervisory experience in a medical setting preferred.
Must possess a clinical related certification such as a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or BOC Certified Athletic Trainer. LPN's and ATC's must also have a valid Florida license (or eligible).
