Tallahassee Pediatric Dentistry is looking for full-time front desk coordinator. Applicants must have prior coding, benefit verification, and check out experience.

We pride ourselves with open and honest expectations and treat each person with respect all the way from the maintenance person to the doctors. We're searching for someone with excellent interpersonal communication to establish effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members, and community. Pediatric dentistry is a team atmosphere that can be fast paced, exciting, and provides the opportunity to participate in changing patients’ lives for the better. We typically work Monday - Thursday and one Friday a month.

Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for verifying insurance, EOB, and communicating to patients their insurance coverage in a timely manner. The employee will also be responsible to keep up the appearance and order of the dental office, patient scheduling, patient management, and patient check-in and check-out. We are paperless and need someone who can work the computer confidently.
Specific Duties include insurance verification, checking patients out, reception management, patient and patient records management, processing insurance and billing, and correspondence.

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
