Job Description:
TPA is seeking a dynamic and visionary School Principal to lead our school community in fostering academic excellence, student achievement, and a positive school culture. As the Principal, you will oversee all aspects of school operations, including curriculum development, instructional leadership, student services, and school management. You will work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and the community to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports the intellectual and emotional growth of every student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional leadership to improve student achievement.
- Oversee school operations, including budgeting, staffing, and facility management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student success.
- Work closely with teachers to support professional development and instructional strategies.
- Develop and implement school policies and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with families, community stakeholders, and district leaders to enhance educational opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
- Valid Florida Professional Educator’s Certificate in Educational Leadership.
- At least 5 years of experience in educational leadership, including successful experience as a teacher and/or administrator.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, student achievement strategies, and school operations.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support staff while building positive relationships with students, parents, and the community.
