What You’ll Do
As a Hospitality Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for performing administrative functions as assigned with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
As a Hospitality Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for performing administrative functions as assigned with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Answers main Hospitality telephone line and routes calls appropriately; provide information regarding hospitality functions; and ensures positive guest experience. Receives, reviews, and coordinates Conference Center reservation contracts.
- Works collaboratively with state and local agency partners regarding requests for Conference Center, Dining, and Lodging.
- Compiles information and performs necessary calculations for customer and agency client invoices and other documents.
- Reconciles and processes hospitality and customer agency records.
- Coordinates documentation submission to business office to ensure timely invoicing for services. Audits Fund III expenditures and client invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Use applicable computer applications and basic computer functions. Assists with handling and reviewing Cost Center Reports. Maintains and prepares statistical data for Conference Center, Dining Facilities, and Lodging operations.
- Coordinates with TSC Communication to timely update and maintain hospitality website content and other marketing materials. Serves as a lead worker directing research performed by Federal Work Study Students.
- Assists and supports departments with additional administrative duties for Conference Center, Dining, and Lodging, including event set-up, campus closure, emergency needs, and inclement weather preparations.

- Graduation from a standard high school or equivalency diploma, and four years of administrative or office experience. or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires one year experience as a supervisor, which may run concurrent with the required experience as indicated above.
