As Maintenance Technician I, you'll play a key role in creating a safe and efficient environment at the College.
Day-to-day, You'll Be Responsible For
- Performs maintenance activities in variety of areas including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, electronics, plumbing and carpentry.
Education
We're seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
- Four (4) years of experience in HVAC, two of which involved the repair of electronic building automation systems.
- Successful completion of the Johnson Control and / or Siemens - Institute program relating to the operation and programming of Building Automation Systems.
- The ability to work 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday
