This multifaceted position involves a variety of responsibilities, including unloads inbound shipments, checks inbound materials in, receives material into the prelude system, labels, and puts away materials with a barcode scanner, will call administrative support duties, prioritization of cable cutting, and scrap cable management. Upholding confidentiality, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and adhering to company policies are essential aspects of this role. We value traits such as flexibility, adaptability, and a high sense of urgency, along with the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively. Accurate timekeeping and a willingness to work overtime as needed are vital. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs. Requirements:
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent is desired.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Proficient in operating a standard forklift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods, with the ability to bend and reach overhead.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under deadline pressure, with strong organizational skills crucial for efficient merchandise handling.
- Experience with handheld scanners.
- Proficiency in English language, with basic math skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
