We're in search of a Sales Support Administrator to bolster our team. This role provides administrative and analytical support to the day-to-day activities of the sales and marketing departments. The position requires cooperative action and cross-functional support to include back up Operator for the organization.
Essential Job Duties and Expectations:
- Distribution, organization and maintenance of two mailboxes to ensure delivery of emails in a timely manner
- Running and distribution of departmental reports that include pivot table and VLOOKUP’s
- Assist the sales department as back-up for releasing orders, RGAs, uploading customer POs to portal, and servicing queue calls
- Help register, link, and activate online customers
- Review, track and assign new business leads
- Responsible for submitting monthly departmental expense reports to accounting
- Service Recovery Customer Program
- Assist Marketing department with external and internal event logistics
- Main point of contact for departmental purchases
- Switchboard back-up
- Travel Administrator back-up
Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years administrative related experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Excel (to include formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree required
