Job Title: Certified Medication Aide
Tallgrass Creek, a beautiful 65-acre continuing care retirement community, is hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Implement personalized care plans focusing on residents' strengths and preferences
- Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
- Work with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner
- Administer medication to residents

Requirements:
- Current CNA certification for the state where you will be working
- Current certification for Medication Administration per state requirements
- 1-2 years of CNA experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
