WHY WE NEED YOU :
As an Electrical and Controls Technician at Tallgrass’ new carbon capture facility , you will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining electrical power circuits and equipment, work on control and automation systems , as well as electronic and pneumatic equipment used in pipeline, pump stations, compressor stations, and measurement facilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
In this role you will be expected to a combination of the following requirements :
- Responsible for :
All activities related to electrical and control integrity including design, installation, inspection, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting , repair, calibration and adjust various pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, electronic, and Programmable Logic (PLC) control systems.
Preventative maintenance checks on pumps, compressors, drivers and auxiliary equipment.
Maintain electrical switch gear and power distribution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED :
You as a successful candidate will understand and operate electronic test instruments, have experience in low to medium voltage , have an excellent record of safe work practices, and consistently deliver high performance results . You will have a high school diploma (or a minimum of 2 years equivalent experience), a valid US driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
