Location: Must be local to support on-site schedule
Tallon is recruiting for a senior level Microsoft 365 Developer to support M365 apps development including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and more. This is a full-time position offering W2 salary and benefits. No 1099 or C2C is permitted. Prior experience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and DHS Suitability is preferred.
Role and responsibilities:
- Work as part of a collaborative team supporting Enterprise M365 enhancements for multiple application development projects
- Provide technical expertise across multiple project tasks
- Evaluate application performance and recommend improvements and enhancements to optimize customer satisfaction
- Provide expertise and continuously promote industry best practices contributing to project success
- Provide domain knowledge and support critical decision-making impacting project implementation
- Support on-site schedule in Washington DC
Required qualifications and experience:
- U.S. Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
- Current DHS Suitability or eligibility to obtain secure access

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline
- Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 8 years of related Microsoft Applications development
- Expertise with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience M365 application capabilities and creating custom business applications
- Experience planning and leading major technology assignments
- Demonstrated experience working closely with client stakeholders and meeting stated goals for project implementation
- Experience supervising technical team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to support on-site schedule
