Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
- Oversee nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care
- Monitor resident care plans and make updates as needed
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
- Conduct rounds to assess residents' health and address concerns
- Communicate effectively with families, residents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
- Current RN license in New Jersey
