A / R Billing Clerk
Location : Manhattan Beach, CA
Pay : $25-30hr
Job Type : Temporary
- Knowledge of basic Accounting procedures, AR billings , Payment / Cash Applications, Statements of Account, and related fields.
- Familiarity with Export Finance (Letters of Credit, Collection Drafts, etc.) and Shipping terminology desired required.
- Knowledge of / or Exposure to general Sales and Inventory / Accounting Operating Systems.
- Detail oriented with high percentage of accuracy
- Good analytical, mathematical and reasoning ability
- Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to multi-task and with good organizational skills
- Computer proficient and with extensive knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL, Microsoft WORD.
- Some Customer service
