We are urgently seeking an experience janitor to service a small office and warehouse.

Job title : Janitor

Location : Commerce, CA

Pay rate : $17

Shift : Part time, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities :

  • Clean a small office and logistics warehouse
  • Vacuum and mop floors, clean and wipe down surfaces using general cleaning supplies
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets, sinks and mirrors
  • Empty trash and replace liners
  • Other duties related to maintaining a cleanliness and appearance of the workspaces

Requirements :

  • 1 year of experience in a residential or commercial / office / janitorial cleaning position required
  • Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and janitorial carts
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
  • Excellent communication skills, must have reliable transportation to get to the jobsite
