Air Export Agent Logistics & Freight Forwarding
Location : San Diego, CA
Job Type : Full-time
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 12 : 00 PM - 9 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay Range : $19 - $21 per hour

We are seeking a motivated Air Export Agent to join our team in San Diego, CA. Our logistics professionals handle the export shipment requirements of goods, supported by our international network of stations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the logistics industry with comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, managing airline bookings and overseeing the movement of goods through various transport channels.
Ensure accurate and timely booking updates, maintaining records as required.
Prepare and process necessary documentation for customs clearance, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Track and monitor shipments, providing consistent updates to stations on the status of shipments.
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely service delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including customs and trade laws.
Provide ad-hoc rates upon customer or internal request. Qualifications
1 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Freight forwarding experience highly desirable. Skills & Abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Language Requirements
Fluency in English is required.
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred.
