We are seeking an experienced Billing / Order Specialist to join our international finance team. The primary responsibility of this role is to review and input orders daily, either manually or automatically, into the in-house computer system. The individual must ensure accuracy in terms, discounts, and pricing while completing updates within the required timeframe.
Additional responsibilities include responding to customer and correspondent inquiries (both domestic and international), order management, billing, and related tasks.
Location : Manhattan Beach, CA
Pay : $25-30hr

Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and reasoning skills.
- Effective business communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Export Finance (e.g., Letters of Credit, Collection Drafts) and shipping terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Experience with Sales, Inventory, and Accounting Operating Systems.
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures, billing, and related functions.
- Some experience in customer service is preferred.
