Office Manager
Location: Gardnerville, CA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25 per hour Retirement and Health Benefits (including 100% employer-paid health care for the employee)
A company in Gardnerville is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support staff, vendors, and projects. This role requires strong managerial and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining clear communication.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and print company bulletins.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Oversee the office calendar and facility scheduling.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate office staff.
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and generate financial reports for the Treasurer.
- Perform general office duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and ordering supplies.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs.
- Review and track contracts, manage commercial insurance, maintain business certifications, and ensure compliance.
- Recommend and implement approved processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience managing a small office.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
