We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk with experience in processing orders and handling FedEx shipments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, coordinating shipments, and maintaining shipping records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with shipping software and procedures.

Schedule : Monday-Friday; 8 : 00am-1 : 00pm
Pay $22-23hr
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and print shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips.
- Coordinate shipments via FedEx and other carriers, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with shipping regulations.
- Track and monitor shipments, resolving any delivery issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and update order statuses in company systems.
- Perform quality checks to ensure correct packaging and secure shipments.
- Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Communicate with internal departments and customers regarding shipping details and delivery schedules.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety and shipping protocols.
