Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Controls - North Little Rock, AR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and implementing industrial control systems. This role requires expertise in PLC programming, industrial networks, and automation engineering to optimize and maintain material handling systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain PLC/PC control systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair motor control systems, servo drives, and frequency drives.
- Work with industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, and Profibus.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems.
- Implement automation solutions to improve system performance.
- Assist in project implementation for new and existing automation systems.
- Repair & Maintenance and Material Handling Controls
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field OR 2 years of equivalent professional experience.
- 2 years of experience with PLC-controlled automation in a continuous process or production environment.
- 2 years’ experience with Proficiency in Ladder Logic and structured programming for Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Codesys PLCs.
- Familiarity with robotics work cells and its control systems
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Hands-on experience with material handling controls and automation technologies.
