The Customer Service Representative will provide support in customer service, order processing, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Process customer quotes, sales orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to obtain freight quotes and provide tracking updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with urgent shipping requests and process sales orders outside of normal business hours when necessary.
- Conduct accounts receivable follow-ups to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain up-to-date customer licensing records and training compliance.
- Manage and schedule customer training operations.
- Oversee the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process.
- Maintain and update customer price lists.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures and catalogs to support brand growth.
- Assist in maintaining and updating social media platforms and company newsletters.
- Work with accounts payable to ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Participate in team initiatives and special projects.
- Cross-train in various roles, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, purchasing, and sales.
