The Electrical Systems Technician is responsible for assembling, wiring, and integrating electrical control panels with equipment, ensuring they meet design specifications and functional requirements. Responsibilities :
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels based on provided schematics and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Integrate control systems into equipment, including high-voltage connections, while maintaining compliance with safety standards.
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics to accurately wire circuits, connections, and components.
- Troubleshoot and repair control panel and equipment integration issues as they arise.
- Work with various panel components, including switches, safeties, relays, and other critical elements.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to test and validate electrical systems and integrations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to workplace safety protocols.
- Document and update wiring diagrams, schematics, and other relevant technical information as required.
