About the role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. This role requires expertise in sourcing engaging and placing top talent while building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fulldesk recruiting a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and the ability to drive results in a remote environment.
Responsibilities :
- Execute the full recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates using various platforms tools and methods.
- Manage a portfolio of job requisitions across different industries and job levels.
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed summaries of their skills experience and suitability.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process between clients and candidates ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates ensuring alignment with client expectations and candidate career goals.
- Track and document recruitment activity using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends talent market conditions and recruitment best practices.
- Provide guidance to clients and candidates regarding market conditions salary expectations and hiring trends.
