Responsibilities :
Interpret and communicate technical specifications to clients by reading and analyzing blueprints, CAD files, and mechanical drawings
Manage projects from planning through delivery, coordinating timelines, budgets, and quality with internal teams to meet client expectations
Drive business development and expand our market presence by identifying, pursuing, and securing new customer opportunities within target industries
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance and support to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty
Develop and manage detailed proposals and quotes, ensuring accurate pricing, timelines, and product specifications
Collaborate with engineering and production teams on costing, production processes, and project management to ensure seamless delivery
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a closely related field
Proficiency in blueprint and CAD reading with experience in product design and mechanical specifications
Experience in a manufacturing sales or technical sales role, with a background in project management and customer service
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost management skills, including familiarity with commodity purchasing and contract negotiation
Proven ability to identify and cultivate new market opportunities, manage customer relationships, and contribute to sales growth
Preferred Qualifications :
Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with industries such as nuclear power, pharmaceuticals, or medical facilities, particularly regarding their unique regulatory and technical requirements.
Experience using project management software tools and ERP systems to streamline workflow and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
