What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and program control systems for advanced building automation and industrial applications
- Develop and refine CAD/CREO drawings to bring automation systems to life
- Collaborate across disciplines to troubleshoot, optimize, and innovate automation solutions
- Lead machine testing, debugging, and system validation to ensure high performance
- Create and implement test protocols for automation components and systems
- Support manufacturing and field teams to drive efficiency and improve system reliability
- Stay ahead of industry trends and help integrate cutting-edge automation technologies
What You Bring to the Table:
- A degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of hands-on experience in PLC/HMI programming and automation
- Strong knowledge of electrical design, robotics, vision systems, and machine controls
- Project management experience and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with a knack for troubleshooting complex systems
- Great communication skills to work across teams and departments
