Key Responsibilities
- Provide project leadership and drive all aspects of design from project kick-off to releasing prints to manufacturing.
- Work/lead designers, detailers, QC, etc., to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Review designs with customers and ensure all machine specifications are met while being cost-effective.
- Manage design timelines and ensure resources are adequate for current and upcoming work.
- Meet with suppliers, gather technical information, and buy off designs based on suppliers' specs and recommendations.
- Research upcoming technologies and automation trends.
- Help with quoting upcoming projects.
