- Develop methodology to advance software to a new and exciting level.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software.
- Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
- Maintain continuous, open, consistent professional communication with customers, peers, and management.
- Oversee overall project timeline and costs.
- May lead teams of other Programmers.
- Help develop & maintain department / company standards.
