TheclientisseekingaBusinessAnalystwith7 yearsofexperienceinrequirementsgathering,processmapping,andtechnicaldocumentation,specializinginITAssetManagement(ITAM)orrelatedITinfrastructure / applications,includingapplicationlifecycleandcertifications.TheidealcandidatewillhaveproficiencyintoolslikeAzureDevOps,Jira,Confluence,ServiceNow,MSExcel(PivotTables),Visio,andSharePoint,alongwithstrongknowledgeofAgilemethodologiesandexperienceiniterativedevelopmentenvironments.CertificationssuchasITIL,CCBA,orCBAParehighlypreferred,andthecandidateshouldbeskilledindefiningprocesses,analytics,andKeyPerformanceIndicators(KPIs)todriveimprovements.Therolerequiresexperienceinglobaloperations,workingwithcross-functional,distributedteams,andexcellentcommunicationandcollaborationskillstoactasaliaisonbetweenITAMteamsandbusinessstakeholders.Thecandidatemustbehighlyorganized,detail-oriented,andcapableofmanagingmultipleprojectssimultaneouslyinafast-pacedenvironment,withaproactive,analyticalmindsetandapassionforprocessimprovementanddeliveringresults.

ITAssetManagementBusinessAnalystResponsibilities :

Facilitateworkshopsandmeetingswithbusinesspartnerstoelicitrequirementsanddriveconsensus
Translatebusinessneedsintoprioritized,clear,actionable,andtestablerequirementswithtraceabilityandalignmenttobusinessgoals
Conductinterviewstocreateandmodifyprocessandproceduredocumentation,includingprocessflowdiagrams
Supportbusinessprocessimprovementbyevaluatingcurrentpractices,identifyingprocessimprovementopportunities,andestablishingapprovedmodifications
Assistwiththecreationofcontrolevidence
MaintainTeams,Confluence,andSharePointsiteswithkeydocumentation
Analyzedata,andidentifygapsandremediationsteps
Assistwithpreparingpresentationsforprojectengagements
ActasaliaisonbetweenITAMteamsandprojectteams
SupportteamprojectactivitiesinAzureDevOps
Createandmaintainuserstoriesandacceptancecriteria
Maintainteamtrackerforweeklyactivities
CommunicateeffectivelywithbusinessandITstakeholderstoensureasharedunderstanding

RequiredQualificationsandSkills :

ExperienceasaBusinessAnalystinInfrastructureand / orapplicationswithapplicationlifecycle,server-clientapplications,andapplicationcertificationsishelpful

Proficiencyindefiningprocesses,analytics,andKeyPerformanceIndicators(KPIs)withbaseliningofKPIs

FamiliarityworkingwithProject / PortfolioManagementToolssuchasClarityandServiceNow,Jira,AzureDevOps,Confluence

KnowledgeofAgileanditerativedevelopmentmethodologies

SolidworkingknowledgeofMSOfficeSuiteandothersoftwareincludingMSTeams / SharePoint,OneNote,AzureDevOps(ADO),Excel(Pivottables,basicformulas),andVisio
