Job Title : Data Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Develop system design specification
- Creates and prepares documents for the design of data reporting solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approaches.
- Documents specifications for databases, communication systems, data storage, and software configurations related to reporting project implementation.
- Prepares structured diagrams for the specifications of databases, communication systems, computer or storage area networks.
- Compiles, maintains and documents configurations of the following : reporting requirements, databases, servers, security and network monitor systems, queries, macros, and reporting dashboard systems.
- Perform Reporting System Design
- Work with Client staff (e.g, managers, senior programmers, support staff, product manager) to plan reporting code implementation, enhancements and changes.
- Create, test and maintain the reporting code.
- Design reports, audit trails / logs, security mechanisms.
- Provide assistance to Client technical support staff when they are unable to resolve a program, database, or IT issue by themselves.
- Contact customers as may be needed to clarify the intent of a new reporting feature or resolve a problem.
- Provide general programming assistance to Client programmers / projects as may be needed.
