What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Architect position at TalTeam?
Must Haves :
- Shall have at least seven (7) years of experience managing enterprise data management infrastructure, to include managing on-premises systems and cloud migration efforts, data base administration, including referential / data integrity, point in time recovery, and custom coding
- Shall be proficient in database technologies to include but not limited to Oracle, SQLServer, Postgres, MariaDB, MySQL and Azure Database services
- Shall have demonstrated experience in leading transformation projects related to establishing an enterprise-wide data layer and establishing mature DataOps practices
Responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Understand business requirements, define metrics, and develop reports and dashboards. Analyze large datasets using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Interpret data and develop insights to inform business decisions and strategy. Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measurement. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support business initiatives and solve complex problems. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights and predictive analytics. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the data analysis team. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and proficiency in creating dashboards and reports. Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis. Experience with programming languages for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., Python, R) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets.
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related scientific or technical disciplines
