- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot services to align with organizational goals.
- Implement and monitor data protection policies, ensuring compliance with Microsoft 365 security standards.
- Manage tenant-wide settings, including user roles, licenses, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Oversee the deployment and adoption of Microsoft Copilot across Office 365 and Teams.
- Identify and optimize Copilot use cases to improve productivity and meet organizational objectives.
- Apply Zero Trust principles to manage Microsoft 365 Copilot securely
