Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SMEs to capture, refine, and decompose both functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, privacy, reliability).
- Maintain traceability between requirements, design artifacts, test cases, and delivery milestones.
- Lead requirements workshops and gap analysis sessions across delivery partners and stakeholders.
- Own and manage:
- Build-to and system-level requirements documentation
- Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
- Impact assessments for changes in scope or dependencies
- Support iterative Agile refinement cycles and support enterprise architecture reviews.
Qualifications:
- 6 years in requirements engineering, systems analysis, or business analysis roles.
- Experience working with complex integration programs or modernization initiatives.
- Skilled in using tools like Jama, DOORS, Azure DevOps, or JIRA for traceability.
- Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe, SDLC phases, and technical documentation standards.
