Job description :
- Ideal candidate will have years of IT related experience
- ServiceNow platform administration and customization
- ServiceNow User management, roles, and access control using CAC / Smartcard
- ServiceNow Workflow design and automation
- ServiceNow Integration with external systems
- pplication of ServiceNow updates and patches
- Validate Security posture using STIGs and other DOD standards of OS and ServiceNOW application.
- Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management.
- Designing and maintaining ServiceNow data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes
- Maintaining OS and ServiceNow compliance with upgrades, patches, and updates
- Help design and implement ServiceNow failover activities and / or processes to execute in a disaster recovery scenario
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST / SOAP
- Integrate external data sources into ServiceNow
- Build custom dashboards based on custom application data models and external data sources
- Customize and configure workflows and define notifications as part of custom workflows in applications
Education : BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
